ANCHAL KAKKAR

Anchal is responsible for investment, business development and stakeholder communication at Arthan. She recently worked with BCG as an external/specialist consultant on a project involving research, writing and advocacy related to the future of jobs in India. Prior to this, she worked with Dasra, in Mumbai, where she provided hands-on capacity building, consulting and grant management services to non-profit organizations across the sectors of sanitation, education and governance. She is a Shell Foundation/ Impact Business Leaders Fellow and an MBA from Said Business School, Oxford. She has previously worked with PwC and is a chartered accountant by profession. She has also done projects/ internships with Acumen Pakistan and Accounting for International Development, UK. Linkedin

RaHUL BALAKRISHNAN

Rahul leads the Sales, Business Development and Human Resource Verticals at Arthan. Rahul believes that education is key in developing capacity in each human being to unleash his/her potential. An outcome driven individual who finds his sense of purpose in helping everyone reach their potential and purpose. In the past decade, Rahul has worked in the HR, Training and Sales Verticals with ICICI Prudential and later with the Recruitment Vertical at a leading Non Profit, Teach For India. Rahul a Teach For India 2014-16 Fellow , holds an graduate degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Masters degree in Business Administration specialised in Marketing and Sales Management from Xavier Labor Research Institute, Jamshedpur. Linkedin

SATYAM VYAS

Satyam is the founder of Arthan. Satyam has spent a decade in education, skill development and social entrepreneurship in rural India. Satyam believes that education can provide the tools necessary to change the world and his dream is to create productive economic opportunities for all the children and youth in India by defining their career path and being part of their school to world of work journey. In the last one decade, Satyam has designed, implemented, scaled and impacted lives of more than two million children and youth studying in government schools in India. In the past Satyam has worked with leading education non-profits in India- Pratham. Satyam is a THNK fellow, holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Delhi University and executive degrees in social entrepreneurship and leading successful social programs from Stanford Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. Radhika Jajoo

Radhika is a research and operations associate at Arthan. She is extremely passionate about education and believes that it is one of the most crucial focus points in order for a nation to develop. She has done Economics from Delhi University and was a part of Enactus. She has also interned with organisations like Kailash Satyarthi's Children's Foundation. 

RIDHIKA BAGGA

Ridhika has studied Sociology from Delhi University. In college, Ridhika was an active member of Enactus and the Sociology society. As she starts her career in the human capital space with Arthan, she enjoys interacting with new people and considers it to be one of the best parts of her current role. LinkedIn.

SRI RAMYA REDDY

Sri Ramya is working in the capacity of an Associate - Operations at Arthan. She has completed her Bachelors in Business Administration (with a specialisation in Human Resources) from Mount Carmel College. She has also formerly interned at Paperboat with the Marketing team. Kavya Ailawadi

Kavya Ailawadi is a Senior Associate at Arthan, supporting the Talent Acquisition vertical, hiring process, and client engagements. She holds a strong academic background with Master of Social Work from Amity University and graduation in Sociology from Delhi University. Prior to this, Kavya was a high-performing Fundraiser at WWF India. She is passionate, result-driven, and has taken leading roles during her academic and career path. Ketaki MATHUR

Ketaki is an Associate at Arthan where she works in the Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, and Thought Leadership verticals. She graduated in 2020 from Ashoka University with a B.A. in Economics (Hons.) and has an educational background in commerce. PURNIMA TANDON

Purnima is Associate, Communications at Arthan. She has done her Masters in Ecology and Environment Studies from Nalanda University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law from NLSIU, Bengaluru. She is also a Psychology graduate from DEI, Agra.  She has done internships with the Government of NCT of Delhi and United Nations Global Compact Network India (UN-GCNI) where she contributed by being part of the communications and outreach team.
