Career Planning and 21st Century Skill program
We run a career awareness and planning program with secondary class students studying in government schools in India. Our program places emphasis on student-centered learning, empowering them to build actionable links between their interests and aspirations for their careers and the skills required to achieve them. The idea is to provide space for each child’s individual expression of themselves, where they craft their own individual career pathways.
Curriculum Development: We create and develop customised curricula on career planning and 21st century skills which can be implemented with school students studying in Classes 8 onwards
Training of Trainers: Our curriculum is delivered to students through a train-the -trainer model (ToT) where we train teachers and facilitators on our content and they in turn implement it with students in classrooms and learning centers
Building Partnerships: We actively work to develop a community of partner organisations, teachers, trainers, government who understand the importance of career planning at an early stage and support institutionalization of the program for secondary and higher secondary schools students
Since our inception in 2017 we have reached over 7000 students with our Daftar Duniya program as well as customised career awareness and 21st century skills modules.
